The CSO unit plays a vital role but is vulnerable to a low sense of psychological safety due to its hierarchical position. Using qualitative methods through in-depth interviews with 12 informants, this study measured four key indicators: courage to speak up, tolerance for mistakes, self-disclosure, and a sense of being valued within the team. The primary objective was to understand how the work climate influences staff's courage in reporting problems and making efficiency suggestions. The results showed that the company successfully built a positive psychological safety climate through an educational management approach and strong team solidarity. Senior employees had a high level of confidence to innovate and report errors without fear due to the support of their superiors. However, challenges were encountered among new employees, who tended to hold back due to feelings of embarrassment. In conclusion, the strategy of humanizing employees has been effective for long-standing staff, but the company needs to increase inclusivity in the new employee orientation process to accelerate the development of psychological safety.
2026-04-04T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Deo Resta Putra, Fauziah Septianihttps://bmj.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/104The Influence of Instagram Social Media and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions on CV Shanjaya Group Webbing Tangerang2026-02-13T14:29:33+00:00Retnaningrum Sri Puji Wahyuningsihretnaningrum781@gmail.comElizabeth Tika Kristina Hartutidosen01503@unpam.ac.id
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Instagram social media and product quality on purchase decisions on CV Shanjaya Group Webbing Tangerang. As construction materials, fire bricks maintain their shape and strength at extremely high temperatures. Kaolin is a natural mineral belonging to the clay group, with kaolinite as its primary constituent. The decomposition of kaolinite into metakaolinite occurs between 400 and 630°C, and metakaolin gradually promotes the formation of mullite crystals. Alumina is one of the most widely used raw materials in refractory applications due to its high heat resistance, as well as its resistance to erosion and corrosion. This study aims to analyze fire bricks produced by sintering kaolin at 700°C, while varying the compositions of kaolin, alumina, and chamotte, followed by firing at 1300°C. Density test results indicate that Sample 3 yielded the best value of 2.14 g/cm³. Porosity test results show that Sample 3 achieved the optimal value of 16.4%. Compressive strength test results demonstrate that Sample 3 produced the highest value of 34.79 N/mm². This research has the potential to serve as an alternative solution for developing fire bricks applicable in the petrochemical industry, iron and steel production, boilers, power plants, ceramics, glass, and other sectors.
2026-04-04T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Yusniar Ahmiyati, Tumpal Ojahan Rajagukguk
