Absenteeism data for 2024 shows a high level of tardiness which can reduce performance. Communication barriers such as lack of coordination and differences in perception also interfere with task achievement. This study analyses the effect of work discipline and communication on employee performance at DP3AP2KB Pasuruan Regency. The researcher used a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as a data collection tool from 67 respondents representing the entire population. Researchers analysed the data with multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous and partial effects between variables. The results show that work discipline and communication contribute positively and significantly to improving employee performance. Discipline strengthens employees' responsibility towards tasks, while good communication creates a more conducive work environment. This research encourages strengthening the discipline monitoring system and improving the effectiveness of internal communication for performance optimisation
2025-08-04T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Mila Warda Nafiza, Bambang Sutikno, Eni Erwantiningsih https://bmj.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/63 PENGARUH VOUCHER GRATIS ONGKOS KIRIM DAN LIVE STREAMING TERHADAP IMPULSIVE BUYING PADA PENGGGUNA TIKTOKSHOP DI KOTA PASURUAN 2025-07-24T11:11:39+00:00 Mohammad Alfian Rozaq vian.hotwheels@gmail.com Agnes Ratna Pudyatiningsih ratnahend@gmail.com Eni Erwantiningsih enierwanti232@gmail.com
The development of digital technology has shifted consumer behavior from conventional to online shopping, one of which is through the Tiktok Shop platform. This study aims to analyze the influence of free shipping vouchers and live streaming on impulsive buying among Tiktok Shop users in Pasuruan City, both simultaneously and partially. The research employs a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique. The sample consists of 96 Tiktok Shop users who have made at least two purchases. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of spss. The result indicate that simultaneously, free shipping vouchers and live streaming have a significant effect on impulsive buying (F-value = 73.184 with significance = 0.000). Partially, both variables also exhibit a positive and significant influence, with live streaming (t-value = 11.180) having a greater impact compared to free shipping vouchers (t-value = 2.947). The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.611 indicates that 61.1% of the variation in impulsive buying is influenced by these two variables. These findings demonstrate that digital promotion strategies, such as free shipping vouchers and live streaming, effectively enhance impulsie buying tendencies among consumers. The study provides practical implication for e-commerce player in formulating effective marketing strategies.
2025-08-04T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Mohammad Alfian Rozaq, Agnes Ratna Pudyatiningsih, Eni Erwantinigsih https://bmj.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/67 PENGARUH PENGALAMAN PELANGGAN DAN KUALITAS LAYANAN TERHADAP MINT BELI ULANG PADA PRODUK KOREAN FOOD DI MTV KOTA PASURUAN 2025-07-25T06:19:27+00:00 Zahrotul Ikhda Anggreani anggreanianggrek@gmail.com Nurul Akramiah nurul.aidan04@gmail.com Eni Erwantiningsih enierwanti232@gmail.com
The development of Korean culture in Indonesia increases public interest in Korean Food products. Through systematic literature analysis, we identify two key scaling formation pathways (heterogeneous botryoidal layers and homogeneous 3D aggregates) influenced by temperature, pH, and flow dynamics. Silica scaling exhibits high surface area (up to 50 m²/g) and mesoporosity (2–50 nm), enabling extraction via alkali-acid processing into functional materials. The research method used is associative quantitative. The study population includes all banking subsector companies listed on the IDX. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique with certain criteria, resulting in a number of companies that are consistent in publishing annual financial reports throughout the observation period. Data were analyzed using multiple regression tests. The results of the hypothesis testing show that: (1) Tax planning has a positive effect on company value, as evidenced by the t-value of 15.818 which is greater than the t-table of 2.145, and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) Profitability also has a negative effect on company value, as indicated by the t-value of -4.156 which is smaller than the t-table of -2.145, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) Simultaneously, tax planning and profitability together have a significant influence on company value, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 288.786, which is much greater than the F table of 3.739.
2025-08-04T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Maya Azzahra, Ina Khodijah, Mochamad Fahru Komarudin
