Sutorom.sutoro@binabangsa.ac.id
This study aims to explore the practice of transformational leadership in managing team productivity in digital start-ups in Indonesia. A qualitative approach was employed, using semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and organizational documentation for data collection. Data analysis was conducted using NVivo to identify themes, patterns, and meanings of team interactions and the influence of transformational leadership dimensions on productivity. The results indicate that the four dimensions of transformational leadership Inspirational Motivation, Idealized Influence, Intellectual Stimulation, and Individualized Consideration synergistically enhance motivation, creativity, collaboration, and team performance. Inspirational Motivation fosters shared vision understanding, Idealized Influence builds professional role modeling, Intellectual Stimulation promotes innovation, and Individualized Consideration addresses individual needs. These findings confirm that transformational leadership is an effective strategy for maintaining productivity and innovation in the dynamic environment of digital start-ups. This study provides both theoretical and practical contributions to leadership development and team management in digital organizations in Indonesia.
2026-02-02T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Moh. The mechanical properties required by a material include ductility, hardness, strength, and toughness. To determine the mechanical properties of a metal, it must be tested, one of which is the impact test. Impact testing is a test that measures resistance to shock loads. This study aims to design and construct an impact testing machine using the Charpy method and conduct direct research to determine the strength and impact energy of a metal. The tools used include a measuring scale, bearings, a shaft, a frame, a pendulum, and brakes. The test specimens used the ASTM E23 standard, which has a square cross-sectional area (10 x 10 mm) and a V-notch of 45°, with a base radius of 0.25 mm and a depth of 2 mm, and a 10 mm rivet. This impact test equipment has a pendulum weight of 18 kg, a pendulum length of 700 mm, an initial knock position of 1450, has dimensions of 1500 mm in length, 350 mm in width, and 1200 mm in height. The first specimen has a cross-sectional area of 550 mm² at 0⁰C producing an impact energy of 212.131 J, and an impact value of 0.385 J/mm². The second specimen at 15 ⁰C produces an impact energy of 213.953 J and an impact value of 0.389 J/mm². The third specimen at 30 ⁰C produces an impact energy of 221.464 J and an impact value of 0.402 J/mm². The fourth specimen at 45 ⁰C produces an impact energy of 222.360 J and an impact value of 0.404 J/mm². The fifth specimen, at 60°C, produced an impact energy of 223.108 J, resulting in an impact value of 0.405 J/mm². Testing ASTM E23-standardized steel with varying temperatures revealed that steel becomes more brittle when exposed to low temperatures, and more ductile when exposed to high temperatures.
2026-02-02T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Dimas Ega Setiawan, Asnawi Lubis, Anang Ansyori, Beny Hartawanhttps://bmj.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/97PENGARUH PRICE EARNING RATIO DAN DIVIDEND PAYOUT RATIO TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PT BFI FINANCE INDONESIA Tbk PERIODE 2015-20242026-02-02T23:51:12+00:00Dina Nurul Khotijahdnurulkhotijah@gmail.comSiti Nurcahayatidosen02356@unpam.ac.id
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on stock prices at PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk during the period of 2015-2024, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative analysis with statistical analysis techniques. Data testing includes classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that the Price Earning Ratio (PER) partially affects the stock price at PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk during the period of 2015-2024, with a t-test result of t count 3.876 > t table 2.365, meaning that H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. The Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) does not have a significant partial effect on the stock price at PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk during the period of 2015-2024, as indicated by the t-test result where t count is 2.009 < t table 2.365, meaning that H02 is accepted and Ha2 is rejected. However, simultaneously, the Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) significantly affect the stock price at PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk during the period of 2015-2024, with a coefficient of determination test result of 68.4%, and the remaining 31.6% is influenced by other factors. The F-test result shows f count 7.570 > f table 4.737, meaning that Ha3 is accepted and H03 is rejected.
2026-02-02T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Dina Nurul khotijah, siti nurcahayatihttps://bmj.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/98PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN DAN DEBT TO ASSET RATIO (DAR) TERHADAP RETURN ON ASSET (ROA) PADA PT UNILEVER INDONESIA TBK TAHUN 2014 – 20232026-02-02T23:59:51+00:00Tutus Fatimah Zarotutusfatimahz@gmail.comYulianto Yuliantodosen02238@gmail.com
The purpose of this study is to examine how dividend policy and debt-to-asset ratio impact the return on assets of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk from 2014 to 2023. The results of the study in the t-test (partial) show that the Debt to Equity Ratio has a t-value of –1.955 < t-table 2.365 with a significance value of 0.092 > 0.05. This means that the Debt to Equity Ratio does not have an effect on the Stock Price. Meanwhile, the Net Profit Margin has a t-value of -1.704 < t-table 2.365 with a significance value of 0.132 > 0.05. This means that NPM does not have an effect on Stock Prices. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneous), it shows that the calculated F value of 3.514 < the table F value of 4.46 with a significance value of 0.088 > 0.05. This means that there is no simultaneous effect between the Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin variables on Stock Prices. The research results on the coefficient of determination show that the influence of the Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin on Stock Price is 35.80%.
