This study aims to analyze the implementation of Green manufacturing-based operations management in improving production efficiency in processing industries in Bogor Regency. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving informants directly engaged in industrial operational activities. Data analysis was conducted using NVivo software to identify research themes, patterns, and relationships among concepts. The findings indicate that the implementation of Green manufacturing contributes to production efficiency improvement through waste reduction, optimal utilization of raw materials, energy efficiency, and the adoption of environmentally friendly production technologies. Operations management plays an important role in supporting successful implementation through production planning, process control, and human resource development. However, the study identified several challenges, including limited investment in green technologies, workforce readiness, and organizational culture transformation. This study confirms that integrating operations management with Green manufacturing can become an important strategy for developing effective, efficient, and sustainable production systems in processing industries.
